Clinics

Clinics are available to give you an understanding on how to achieve the correct foundations required in your horses training for any discipline.

All facets of horsemanship including:

ground-work

correct fitting of tack

building confident riding skills

Rider position and effective use of aids

Smooth transitions

Establishing the stop/halt

Circle work, leg yielding

Flexion & counter flexion

Control of horse's shoulders & hindquarters

Clinics can also be arranged for Pony clubs & Adult Riding Clubs.

Clinic Dates

Date: 31st July 2010
Focus: Canter leads & Flying changes - This clinic will focus on establishing the correct canter lead, smooth transitions and establishing the flying change.

Venue: Marelle Lodge Training Facility

Duration: 10am - 2pm (includes 1 hr break & lunch)

Cost: $130

Date: mid September 2010

Focus: Trail Riding - This clinic will focus on all aspects of trail riding including problem solving any issues that riders are encountering whilst trail riding

Venue: Marelle Lodge Training Facility. Trail riding will be in and around Yellingbo State Forest

Duration: 2 day clinic

Cost: $270 per rider (BYO lunch)
